There are 2 ways that our system helps you track the calls that are coming in

EMAIL NOTIFICATION

Whenever a call comes into our routing system it will generate an email to our REP in the territory where the call is routed to.

The email will have the following information

Time and date of call
Phone number of the caller

We know this is not a lot of information but some of our REPS will track who they have talked to and then compare those calls with the email notifications. If the REP feels like maybe they missed a call then they have the phone number to call back. It’s a valuable tool for squeezing ever possible bit of business from all your calls.

ONLINE TRACKING

The second way you can track calls is with our online tracking system. You will be given a special login to our system where you can track your calls. Just put in the date parameters and then run the call report. See below for the information that you will be able to obtain. If the REP feels like maybe they missed a call then they have the phone number to call back. It’s a valuable tool for squeezing ever possible bit of business from all your calls. Notice the last call on the list below shows length of call as only .1 – this is probably a caller who hung up without leaving a message. This is a potential customer so please call them back.
